Having worked for the Provincial Government (BC), the following comments are from experience. People in general will not hesitate to complain about "bad" service, but at the same time "nobody" takes enough time to commend people for services well rendered. With changing of Management/ownership came a certain degree of uncertainty from a client perspective. That feeling was eradicated when I made my most recent purchase (2010 Civic). Bruce F, Elias and Scott proved themselves as did previous personal that common decency and integrity does and will continue to persist. From the parts department (Marc & Tommy), to the service department (Arron, Ed and Chris), to the mechanics to continually nurture my Hondas, Thank-you! When an individual can frequent a business establishment without being intimidated that is when you know  "IT IS LIKE HOME". Thank you Trish and Bill for friendly mannerisms and compassion. Most of all Thank you Brian for having a relaxed atmosphere, yet efficient and patience a virtue you have and advocate just like a Honda!!

All of the staff at Penticton Honda has always done a very good job and I appreciate that.  However, there are 2 people that are even more outstanding than I have come to expect.  These 2 people are yourself and Tommy Leung.  In both cases you guys have shown me that you want my business.  But even more important than that, you guys have made me feel that the most important thing is that "YOU SINCERELY WANT TO HELP ME"!
 
The focus is not on "up selling" or just wanting to get as much as my cash as you can.  But sincerely wanting to be helpful.  Both you and Tommy are very knowledgeable.  In the odd occasion you don't have the answer to a question I may have, You work until you find it.  "Very Professional"!
